Horizonvu Group LLC operates HorizonVU Music, which is a service that allows Members to create unique personal profiles online in order to come into contact with Sponors or subscribing members with interest in the music industry. The services offered by HorizonVU Music include the HorizonVU Music-branded URL (the "HorizonVU Music Website"), and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by HorizonVU Music in connection with HorizonVU Music's business (collectively, the "HorizonVU Music Services"). The HorizonVU Music Services are hosted in the FRANCE. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the HorizonVU Music Services. By using the HorizonVU Music Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the HorizonVU Music Website, including through a mobile device, or otherwise use the HorizonVU Music Services without being registered) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with HorizonVU Music). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only authorized to use the HorizonVU Music Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and the terms of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement and save it. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement and to follow all applicable laws, you should leave the HorizonVU Music Website and discontinue use of the HorizonVU Music Services immediately. If you wish to become a Member, communicate with the management of HorizonVU Music and/or make use of the HorizonVU Music Services, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the registration process.

TERMS OF USE FOR PROFILE SITES

HorizonVU Music Musician Profiles are for Musicians: Uploading music you did not create or have rights to redistribute is a violation of Horizonvu Group LLC and HorizonVU Music Terms of Use and may be against the law. Even if you lawfully own a copy of the music (you bought a CD or downloaded it from an Internet service), you do not necessarily have permission to upload the music to a HorizonVU Music Musician Profile. If you are not the Musician who created the music or that Musician's agent, do not upload music. If you violate this rule, your Musician Profile may be suspended and/or deleted. If you upload copyright protected music and are not cleared for uploading, you may be blocked. If you distribute your music commercially, your record label and/or publisher may have already registered your music to prevent copyright infringement. If you are blocked during an upload, contact your record label representative to be cleared to upload your music to your HorizonVU Music Musician Profile.

Privacy Policy

Horizonvu Group LLC operates HorizonVU Music .com. This Privacy Policy describes HorizonVU Music's use and sharing of personally identifiable information ("PII"-- your full name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, or credit card number) that Members voluntarily provide to HorizonVU Music when they register (also known as "Registration PII"). The Term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. This Privacy Policy applies to the services offered by HorizonVU Music, including any HorizonVU Music -branded URL (the "HorizonVU Music Website"), the HorizonVU Music instant messaging service, the HorizonVU Music application developer service and other features (for example, music and video embedded players), HorizonVU Music mobile services, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by HorizonVU Music in connection with the HorizonVU Music Website (collectively, the "HorizonVU Music Services"). The HorizonVU Music Services are hosted in the USA. The HorizonVU Music Website is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect PII from children under 13 years of age.
